All items will be shipped discretely in plain packaging for privacy reasons. Most orders are processed within 2 business days. Additional processing time may occur for large orders and orders shipped via Freight. Orders that are placed after closing time 5PM PST/PDT counts as the next business day. Once processed, most orders are shipped by the next business day. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed on Monday. If an order is back order, we will contact the customer to see if the customer would like to have their order shipped together or ship out what we have in stock first, and ship out the back ordered item once we have it in stock. We ship primary with UPS or USPS.

Over-sized items may have their shipping fees refined and may be required freight shipping.
